Jessica Yoo, DMD | Owner Dentist

I’m very excited to meet you at my office in Chantilly!

A little about me… I am the dog mom of a rambunctious goldendoodle and an older labradoodle who wants nothing of the goldendoodle’s antics. I am the human mom of a young toddler who consistently seeks to terrorize as I negotiate for peace. I am married to a Marine Corps veteran that I have tamed myself. I am the daughter to immigrant parents, who brought me to this awesome country when I was young. And finally, I would love to be your dentist so that I may treat you as I would my own family.

Dentistry should be a light conversation without judgement or fear. I strive to create an open and positive environment for anyone walking through my door. I am ready to hear what you need and do what is right. My core value is to provide dentistry as a service to you based on healthy function, esthetics, and what YOU value.

No gimmicks or overdoing it with unnecessary work. I want you to be onboard with the things happening in your own mouth!

I’m thrilled to be part of the team at Simple Dental and to care for this amazing community. I first moved to the U.S. by myself when I was in middle school, and have since completed high school, college, and dental school here. Although I’m based in NOVA now, my roots are still in Korea, and I visit my parents there every year.

My father, who is also a doctor, has been a huge inspiration to me. From him, I learned the importance of being not just a skilled practitioner, but also a compassionate and genuine one. I believe that true healthcare goes beyond treatment—it’s about understanding, listening, and making patients feel at ease.

As a dentist, my goal is simple: I want to be a dentist who listens carefully and makes my patients feel comfortable and cared for. I believe that visiting the dentist should never feel intimidating, and I strive to create an environment where you can relax and trust that your health is in good hands.
